Terms of stay

By booking a stay with Waypoint, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Check-in 15:00
Check-out 11:00
Booking cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through the booking platform.
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges.
Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.

Any damages or missing items may result in additional charges.

Please follow any house rules provided for the specific property.
Occupancy

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Hosting events, parties, or large gatherings is not allowed unless approved in advance.
Noise & Neighbourhood Respect

Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Please be considerate of neighbors at all times.
Smoking & Pets

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Pets are only allowed if the listing specifically states it is pet-friendly.
Liability

Waypoint is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or damages to vehicles during your stay. Guests are encouraged to have travel insurance.

Сancellation policy

Guests may cancel their booking within 48 hours of reservation and receive a 100% refund.

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will also receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be charged.
