For Property Owners

At Waypoint, we provide flexible pricing and full management services for all types of properties.
Villas and Sea View Apartments: 10% of the booking price after platform fees (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb).
Other Properties (City Apartments, Houses in Villages): A flat fee of €100 per month.
Bookings through our own platform: 10% platform fee applies to all bookings through our platform, separate from our management service fees.
VAT: All fees and commissions are exclusive of VAT, which will be added on top.
Our services include:
Listing and management across all major booking platforms
24/7 guest communication and support
Creating a detailed guide for guests with clear instructions on how to find and enter the property, including lock box access
Optional in-person check-in for an additional charge
Housekeeping updates: We inform owners when cleaning is required so you can keep your property in top condition
All agreements are made under our contracts with Waypoint, ensuring professional management and a smooth experience for both owners and guests.
